1953 Pg. 1 by Sketch-Zap 1953 Pg. 1 by Sketch-Zap

Aaccckk
So here it is.
The first page.
Don't kill me if this takes forever. Because these pages actually do, ehehe...
Anyway next page should be up in a few days. :iconsurethingjohnnyplz: Hopefully tomorrow given all I have to do tomorrow is do the laundry and go to driver's ed at six.
I know very well that TF2 takes place in the 60's. Just thought to clear that up. 1953 is a significant number, though. Also ~MadJesters1 is making a much nicer comic, about the same stuff. (Portal and TF2 crossover) No I am not copying Jesterperson. At least I hope not, we may have some similar ideas. Don't kill me please. (By the way you should totally check out their comic. :D)
This is in watercolor and dip ink pen. Might change it up later though. :iconwoooplz: You never know what I'll do.

Ahahaha you'll see. It'll be awhile, but you'll see. 1953 is a special year in this story. Also, if you have ever played Portal, it is in there somewhere...:iconwoooplz:

Well, it's not necessarily mentioned, you kinda have to look at the walls.

Freaking AWESOME style and execution!! Just going through your pages of this comic again and admiring them.

I have a stupid question I kinda hope you could help me with, if it's not too much trouble. I see that you use water media, and have done a fantastic job transferring it to the digital world. What methods do you use to do so? Is it your scanner? Fancy software? Do you have a robot unicorn that captures images and downloads them to you DA with its mind?

Thank you for any reply, and stay amazing.

 Aw, thanks for all the flattery! It's stuff like this that makes me keep on going. :D

And that is not a stupid question, but rather a very important one. I do not use a robot unicorn, *sigh* for they cost a lot of money, but I do have an HP scanner that somewhat likes me, haha! Of course the scanner is too small for the page, so I scan four separate images for each page, (one for each corner) at about 300 dpi (dots per inch) and then piece it all together on Photoshop. So scanner + software. Also the scanner does a bad job at capturing the color, so I mess around with contrast, brightness, and this cool thing called "gamma" after I scan the image.
I got a youtube account, I could make you a video if you'd like- maybe, I'm not sure if my camera would like to work for me or not. But I could try.

And I always reply to comments! :D
